The Cowboy's Cowgirls 1

Here are a compilation of favorite cowboy's cowgirl pinups from the 1930s through the 1960s, as well as some contemporary. Those of you who were pilots in WWII are familiar with the many pinups painted on the P-47s, P-51s, P-38s, B-24s, B-17s and numerous other fighting aircraft. Many of those same artists also painted cowgirl pinups. Here are a sampling of those which are viewable by everyone. They are a reminder to the cowboy of the girl at home. She makes riding on the range or packing in the high country of the Sierra Nevada worth every hour in the saddle. The various artists are listed under each portrait.
